Trailer: Jonah Hex

Our first trailer for WB and DC's "Jonah Hex" has hit the net this week and I've got it here for you below. I've casually read the comic series over the years and remain fairly interested to see how the movie turns out. Unfortunately there is one thing that has me a little nervous, her name is Megan Fox and she could be the death of the movie. See for yourself after the jump...

Official synopsis: Jonah Hex is a scarred drifter and bounty hunter of last resort, a tough and stoic gunslinger who can track down anyone... and anything. Having survived death, Jonah's violent history is steeped in myth and legend, and has left him with one foot in the natural world and one on the "other side." His only human connection is with Lila, whose life in a brothel has left her with scars of her own. Jonah's past is about to catch up with him when the U.S. military makes him an offer he can't refuse: in exchange for his freedom from the warrants on his head, he must track down and stop the dangerous terrorist Quentin Turnbull. But Turnbull, who is gathering an army and preparing to unleash Hell, is also Jonah's oldest enemy and will stop at nothing until Jonah is dead.

Despite the fact that Megan Fox and her bad acting could ruin this movie, I remain fairly pumped for it. Number one, I love the old west! Secondly, Josh Brolin looks fantastic as Jonah Hex. I also have to declare how excited I am to see John Malkovich as the villain. This movie is either gonna be all kinds of fun or one big disaster. Crazy to think that a comic book movie looks like it could be awesome but at the same time, looks like it could be junk. "Jonah Hex" is set for release on June 18th.
